SecurelyX provides secure messaging, file requests, e-signatures and redaction for organisations. This policy explains how this website (securelyx.com) uses the information you give us.

What we collect on this website

• Quote requests: your name, organisation, work email, and (if you give them) your phone number, number of staff, hosting preference and message.

This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

Only to reply to your request, prepare pricing, or tell you when plans for individuals and small teams are available. Your request is sent to our support mailbox (support@securelyx.com) so our team can reply. We don't sell or share your details for marketing.

How long we keep it

Requests are kept for as long as we're in conversation with you and up to [to be confirmed] afterwards. If you've asked to hear when Personal or Teams launch, we keep your details until we've told you, or until you ask us to remove them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing support@securelyx.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
